Ovalle Costal Design is a RIBA Chartered Practice designing bespoke homes for the way people live today. Based in South East London, we work with homeowners across the city on extensions, renovations, and new builds — from the first conversation through to the keys in your hand.
The practice is led by Daniel Ovalle Costal, a chartered architect with over ten years of experience working across some of London's most celebrated projects. Before founding OCD, Daniel led design packages on the King's Cross Gasholders residential development and the Royal Horticultural Society's Hilltop research centre, both with Wilkinson Eyre, and the Canopy by Hilton London hotel with ACME.
Alongside his practice, Daniel is an Associate Professor at The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, where he researches domestic space and teaches the next generation of architects. His work has been featured in the Architects Journal and exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts.
That combination of commercial rigour, academic depth, and a genuine passion for the home is what OCD brings to every project — however large or small.
