We develop the design so that a contractor can give an accurate quote for the works. I will help you make decisions on materials, finishes, and quality. We develop this into a bespoke set of construction drawings and building specification.

TENDER

We will issue drawings and specification to contractors and help you review their quotes considering cost, quality and time so that you can make an informed decision.

CONSTRUCTION

The client moves out and the contractors moves in. Through this process we will monitor the works and engage with the contractor to ensure they deliver your tailor made home.

HANDOVER

Upon inspecting and signing off the works, your new, comfortable home is yours to enjoy.
