Concept Design
We turn the brief into a design through a process of developing options — how much to extend, retrofit, or remodel. Using drawings, 3D models, and moodboards, we develop options and iterations until you arrive at a proposal that fulfils your needs and fits within your budget.

Planning Application
We develop your concept design into a set of drawings for discussion with your local planning authority. We help you understand and respond to their feedback, refining the design to give your application the best chance of approval.

Detailed Design
We develop the design so that a contractor can give an accurate quote for the works. We help you make decisions on materials, finishes, and quality — inside and out — and deliver a fully detailed package of construction drawings and building specification.

Tender
We issue drawings and specification to contractors and help you review their quotes considering cost, quality, and time — so you can make an informed decision and appoint the right contractor for the job.

Construction
The contractor takes over the site. We monitor the works and engage with the contractor and building control to ensure they deliver your tailor-made home to your expectations. We can act as contract administrator, managing the contract on your behalf from interim certificates through to snagging and sign-off.

Handover
Upon inspecting and signing off the works, your new, comfortable home is yours to enjoy. We remain on hand throughout the defects period.
